Coaching Evaluations
MarriageTeam tracks coaching results from couples when they exit the program. Couples who complete the program report the following results to these three questions: On a scale from 1-10 with 1 being terrible and 10 being the best possible, how would you rate:
a. Your coaching experience?
b. Your relationship/marriage before coaching?
c. Your relationship/marriage after coaching?
The results are grouped according to the results of the pre-coaching PREPARE/ENRICH inventory results which include 5 categories. The strongest relationships are called Vitalized and are followed by Harmonious, Conventional, Conflicted, and Devitalized. The results of coaching are shown here:
