Al and Autumn Ray

Al and Autumn Ray are the co-founders of MarriageTeam. Having met at an engineering college in northern Michigan, they were married after graduation. They completed the Western Seminary coaching program and have been training others to coach couples for over 18 years. Together they have coached more than 50 couples and continue to lead the ministry. Al and Autumn live in Camas, WA.

Daniel and Tirzah Hawkins 

Daniel and Tirzah Hawkins are successful entrepreneurs and business owners. Daniel owns Where to Start Fitness and Tirzah owns and operates Stayton Vital Health.

 
They have been enthusiastic about marriage coaching ever since first hearing about MarriageTeam. They are experienced marriage coaches and trainers and bring high energy to their training. Daniel and Tirzah live in Aumsville, OR.

Brandon and Kim Ray

Brandon and Kim Ray are skilled marriage coaches and trainers. Over the years, Brandon has been involved in MarriageTeam content development. 
 
Brandon is the Technology Director at Lower Columbia College and Kim teaches music at a local elementary school. Kim hails from Texas and is a proud UT Longhorn. They live in Washougal, WA.

Two weekends, Four sessions, A lifetime of impact

Sessions 1 and 2 – September 25th and 26th

Critical Communication and Coaching Skills

Have fun as you learn critical communication and coaching skills, the coaching process, evaluate a real coaching session, and then apply YOUR newly learned coaching skills in a real coaching situation.

Fun With Facilitation 

You will learn how to facilitate a coaching session in an upbeat, fun atmosphere, complete the session on managing your anger, and coach another couple to develop powerful new approaches to dealing with anger.

 

Sessions 3 and 4 – October 2nd and 3rd

Conflict Resolution Made Simple

You will facilitate processing bitterness, how to forgive one another, resolve conflict, solve problems, cultivate increased intimacy, and achieve lasting goals. There are two more opportunities for to coach other couples on resolving conflict and solving problems.

Personality Differences and Conclusion

You will explore personality differences and what to do when differences create problems in a marriage. In the final coaching experience, you will help another couple mitigate problems caused by differences. We celebrate the conclusion of training with a look at premarital coaching, how to address difficult issues coaches face and what to do.
